Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the LordXTech website, project enquiry and billing experiences, careers experience, LordX AI assistant and productivity tools available through lordxtech.com, including the AI Inbox Workspace at inbox.lordxtech.com.
Information you choose to provide
- Project enquiries may include your name, business email, company, service interest, budget range and project description.
- Career applications may include contact details, role preferences, professional information and an uploaded résumé.
- AI features process the prompts and text you submit to generate a response.
- Billing requests may include your name, company, business contact details, billing address, client GSTIN, approved service, amount and proposal or invoice reference.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, health information or confidential information that is not necessary for your request.
Productivity tools and files
Tools identified as browser-local—including the calculator, PDF page editor, photo editor, calendar planner and transcript meeting assistant—process content on your device. Other document-conversion tools may transmit a file to a processing service for the requested conversion. Temporary processing data is used only to complete the requested operation and is not intended for long-term storage.
Browser notifications require your device permission and operate according to browser limitations. Calendar exports create a file for an external calendar app; LordXTech does not receive the events merely because you download or import that file.
AI Inbox and connected Gmail data
AI Inbox can connect one or more Gmail accounts through Google OAuth. LordXTech never receives your Google password. The app requests identity information and Gmail modify access so it can read and organize messages, update read/star/archive state and send a reply only after you review and approve it.
For connected accounts, LordXTech may store the Google account identifier, email address, display name, encrypted OAuth tokens, message and thread identifiers, sender and recipient context, subject, snippet, plain-text message body, Gmail labels, attachment-presence metadata, received time, classification, priority score, summaries, next actions and follow-up times. The synchronization process does not store attachment file contents. If you choose to view or download a Gmail attachment, the file is fetched from Gmail on demand through an authenticated, non-cached response.
OAuth tokens are encrypted before database storage. Browser sessions use a secure, HTTP-only cookie; the stored session token is hashed. Disconnecting a Gmail account attempts to revoke the Google grant and deletes that account's synchronized message data. You can also revoke access from your Google Account security settings.
Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use
LordXTech's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Google user data is used only to provide and improve the user-facing AI Inbox features you choose to use.
- LordXTech does not sell connected Gmail data, use it for advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility.
- Google user data is transferred only to service providers that help operate the requested feature, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or when you give affirmative consent.
- People do not read connected Gmail content unless you give affirmative permission for a specific support purpose, access is necessary for security or abuse investigation, applicable law requires it, or the content has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
- AI Inbox requests only the Google permissions required for its displayed mailbox functions. You may disconnect an account at any time.
See the AI Inbox Data Use & Deletion Guide for a concise feature-by-feature explanation and deletion instructions.
AI processing
AI prompts may be sent through Vercel AI Gateway to an available model provider. In AI Inbox, message content is sent to the configured AI provider only when you explicitly request an AI brief or reply draft. LordXTech configures supported AI requests to disallow prompt training. AI responses can be inaccurate, so you must review outputs before using or sending them.
Billing and payment processing
Billing details are sent to Razorpay to prepare and administer invoice drafts and payment requests. Final payment credentials—including card details, bank credentials, UPI PINs and OTPs—are entered on Razorpay's hosted interface and are not collected by LordXTech. Razorpay processes payment information under its own privacy and security terms.
PayPal is described as a planned option for eligible international payments and is not activated on this website until LordXTech completes merchant verification, secure credential configuration, webhook validation and an updated processing review. If activated, the applicable privacy notice will identify the information sent to PayPal before use.
Analytics and technical information
LordXTech may use first-party Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand page usage, performance and reliability. We may also process security and operational information such as request identifiers, approximate network information, browser type and error logs.
How information is used
- Respond to enquiries and career applications.
- Provide requested tools, conversions and AI-generated responses.
- Protect the website from misuse, spam and technical failures.
- Improve site usability, performance and service quality.
Service providers and disclosure
LordXTech uses service providers such as Vercel for hosting and AI routing, Supabase for AI Inbox database storage, Google for Gmail authorization and mailbox APIs, Resend for transactional email, and Razorpay for invoice administration and payment processing. Information is shared only as needed to operate the requested feature, meet legal obligations or protect users and the service. LordXTech does not sell personal information or use connected Gmail data for advertising.
The Microsoft 365 readiness page does not connect to a Microsoft tenant, upload SharePoint files, create Teams meetings or join calls. Those capabilities require a separate tenant-approved authorization and privacy rollout.
Retention and your choices
Enquiries, applications and billing records may be retained for follow-up, recruitment, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, security and legal recordkeeping purposes. AI Inbox retains synchronized messages while the Gmail account remains connected; disconnecting the account deletes its synchronized data through the account relationship. Expired sessions may be deleted operationally. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing support@lordxtech.com.
Updates
This policy may be updated as LordXTech adds services or legal requirements change. The current effective date is shown above.
