1. Acceptance and scope
By accessing lordxtech.com, using a LordXTech tool, submitting a request, accepting a proposal or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. A signed proposal, statement of work, order form or other written agreement may contain additional terms. If there is a conflict, the signed commercial document controls for that engagement.
2. Services, proposals and project scope
Published plans and prices are starting points, not binding quotations. Project scope, deliverables, dependencies, milestones, acceptance criteria, fees and timelines are confirmed only in an approved written proposal or statement of work. LordXTech may decline or pause work where prerequisites, approvals or payments are outstanding.
3. Billing, payment providers and taxes
- Billing requests submitted on the website create an editable draft for administrative review; a draft is not a final invoice or tax invoice.
- LordXTech verifies the client, approved scope, amount and applicable tax particulars before issuing an invoice.
- Domestic Indian payments may be processed through Razorpay. UPI Intent or QR, debit cards, credit cards, netbanking, wallets and other methods appear according to the merchant account, payer eligibility, device and provider availability.
- PayPal may be offered only for eligible international payments after merchant activation. It is not a domestic India-to-India payment method. Bank transfer or another provider-hosted payment link is available only when stated on the final invoice.
- You must pay the amount, currency and due date shown on the final invoice. Payment does not expand or replace the approved project scope.
- LordXTech never asks for a UPI PIN, card PIN, bank password or OTP. Payment credentials must be entered only on the payment provider's secure interface.
GST applicable at the time of payment where required by law. Displayed prices may exclude GST and other applicable government levies unless the final invoice expressly states otherwise.
4. Cancellations, refunds and disputes
Cancellation and refund rights are governed by the applicable proposal or statement of work. Unless that document states otherwise, fees for completed work, reserved capacity, assessments, discovery, third-party costs and non-cancellable commitments are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. Billing concerns should be reported promptly to support@lordxtech.com before initiating a payment dispute.
5. Permitted and prohibited use
You may use the website and free productivity tools for lawful personal and internal business purposes. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for all content and files you submit.
- Do not upload unlawful, malicious, infringing, confidential without authority, or otherwise unauthorized content.
- Do not copy, scrape, frame, mirror, resell, reverse engineer, decompile, bypass limits, interfere with security or access systems without authorization.
- Do not use generated content to deceive, impersonate, harass or make high-impact automated decisions without appropriate human review.
- Do not remove copyright, trademark, attribution or proprietary-rights notices.
6. AI output and productivity tools
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before use. It is general assistance, not legal, medical, financial, tax or other regulated professional advice. File-conversion quality depends on the source file, formatting and browser environment. Keep an original copy of important documents.
The PDF editor adds a visual signature mark and does not by itself guarantee identity, consent or legal enforceability. The meeting assistant works from a transcript supplied by the user; it does not join or record a call. You are responsible for obtaining any required participant consent and for reviewing summaries against the source.
AI Inbox may connect Gmail only after you approve Google's OAuth consent. You must be authorized to access each connected account and to process its messages. AI classifications, briefs and drafts may be incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing the recipient, content, attachments, facts, dates, commercial commitments and legal effect before sending a reply or taking action.
SharePoint upload, Teams meeting creation and live meeting-bot capabilities are not active merely because an integration-readiness page is displayed. Activation requires Microsoft tenant authorization, applicable administrator approvals and a separate privacy and security review.
7. Client materials and submitted content
You retain rights you lawfully hold in content, data and files you submit (“Client Materials”). You grant LordXTech and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, transmit and reproduce Client Materials only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and support the requested feature or service. You represent that you have authority to grant this permission.
8. Exclusive LordXTech intellectual-property ownership
Except for Client Materials and identified third-party materials, all right, title and interest in and to LordXTech properties are owned exclusively by LordXTech or its licensors. This includes the LordXTech and LordX AI names and brands, websites, software, source and object code, tools, databases, interfaces, designs, graphics, text, documentation, prompts, workflows, methods, templates, models, product concepts, improvements, compilations and all associated copyrights, trademark rights, design rights, database rights, trade secrets and other intellectual-property rights.
© 2026 LordXTech. All rights reserved. No ownership right is transferred by website access, tool use, invoice payment or service delivery unless a written agreement signed by an authorized LordXTech representative expressly states the specific right transferred.
9. Project deliverables and reusable technology
Ownership and licence rights in client deliverables are determined exclusively by the signed statement of work. Unless it expressly provides otherwise, LordXTech retains ownership of all deliverables and grants the client, after full payment, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered work for the client's internal business purposes. LordXTech always retains its pre-existing technology, reusable code, frameworks, tools, know-how, methods, templates and general improvements, including elements developed or enhanced during an engagement.
10. Third-party services and open-source software
The website and deliverables may rely on third-party platforms, payment providers, APIs, models or open-source software governed by their own terms and licences. Third-party names and rights remain with their respective owners. LordXTech is not responsible for an external provider's independent acts, outages or policy changes.
11. Confidentiality and security
Each party must protect confidential information received in connection with a professional engagement and use it only for the agreed purpose, subject to any signed confidentiality agreement. No internet service is completely secure; you must not submit unnecessary secrets, payment credentials or specially regulated data without a written processing arrangement.
12. Availability, warranties and liability
The public website and free tools are provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LordXTech disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from public-site or free-tool use. Liability for paid professional services is governed by the signed commercial agreement.
13. Suspension and termination
LordXTech may restrict or terminate access for unlawful use, security risk, non-payment, material breach or conduct that harms the service or others. Terms intended to survive termination—including payment, confidentiality, intellectual-property, warranty and liability provisions—continue to apply.
14. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction over LordXTech's principal place of business will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement provides another dispute process. LordXTech may update these Terms as services or legal requirements change; the effective date appears above.
